LAND ROVER HANOVER HONORED WITH TOP AWARD
Land Rover North America recently announced the recipients of the 2011/12 Land Rover Pinnacle Club Retailer Excellence award. Land Rover Hanover is among the select group of Land Rover retailers to achieve this prestigious award.
"Land Rover Hanover is dedicated to providing an exceptional experience to our clients," says Michael Feit, General Sales Manager. "Our entire team has worked very hard to achieve the Pinnacle Club award and is honored to be recognized as a leader in customer service and sales satisfaction.
Land Rover Pinnacle Club winners are retailers who have demonstrated a commitment to excellence and the Land Rover brand. Evaluation was based on customer satisfaction, sales performance and staff training during the 2011 calendar year.
"The Pinnacle Club award annually honors the 16 top Land Rover retailers who excel in key areas and provide their customers with an incomparable Land Rover experience. We recognize these retailers for being leaders in their communities, and in our company, by providing first-rate service and sales experience for customers driving the most complete luxury all-terrain vehicles in the world," says Andy Goss, President, Jaguar Land Rover North America, LLC.
Land Rover has a network of 166 retailers across the U.S.

Tata Doubles Jaguar Land Rover Investment
Buoyed by surging demand in emerging countries and its break-out star, the Range
Rover Evoque, Jaguar Land Rover
will receive a cash infusion from its parent company, Tata Motors, this year.
Tata has committed $2.4 billion for capital expenditures and product
development, says C.R. Ramakrishnan, chief financial officer of Tata, which
bought Jaguar Land Rover from Ford Motor Co. in
2008. That's twice what has been spent on Jaguar Land Rover in the past five to
six years.
